Wein privacy
This policy explains how Wein handles information when you use the app to discover offers, providers, outings, orders, and account features.
Last updated: May 22, 2026Wein may collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication status, profile photo URL, and language preference. We also process app activity such as offers viewed, filters used, providers opened, orders created, and redemption status.
If you allow location access, Wein uses your location to show nearby providers and offers. You can disable location permission from your device settings.
We use information to create and secure your account, show relevant outings and offers, process order redemption, provide support, improve the app experience, and prevent misuse.
Wein may share the minimum needed order or redemption details with a provider so the provider can validate an offer. We may also use service providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, storage, support, and security operations.
We do not sell your personal information.
You can update profile information in the app, reset your password, change language preferences, and control app permissions from your device. You can contact us to request help with account access or privacy questions.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect account and order data. Information is kept only as long as needed for app functionality, support, legal, security, and business requirements.
Wein is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.
